Working Times:
  • Arrive @ 11:45 (Torey records time, Drop bags in Model hotel room & change) Sophia/Mel will give models access to hotel room.
  • Torey or Mel will text Hotel Room # for model meet.  (Please ask hotel lobby if you're unsure about where room is located)
  • Eat lunch @ 12:15pm (Eat lunch provided in kitchen)
  • Oasis Meeting @ 12:30pm (Meet by main bar with Maj/Oasis Team)
  • Set up Cabana & prepare @ 1:00pm
  • Event Shift: 1:30-6pm (Arriving at 11:45)
  • Closing out shift: 6-7/8pm
  • Close down | Clean Cabana | & Check out with Torey (return model clothing) 
  • TOTAL FLAT RATE PAY (11:45am-7pm) |  $150.00 + $500 Tip Money = $650.00
  • Torey's Payment will be: $187.50 + $500= $687.50

Dancer Time(s):
  • Arrive- 1:00pm (Drop bags in Gray bin in kitchen, wear dancer outfit agreed upon prior to event & wear accessories Mel has left per dancer.
  • Please ONLY bring small clear bag for belongings no other bags.
  • Lunch is at 12:00pm (Only if you want to come early to eat, if not please eat before. )
  • -Wear flip flops
  • Oasis Shift-1:30-6:00pm 
  • MUST BE ready with pool props & towels on Pool Platforms at 1:30pm. 
  • $25/hour (1:30-6pm= 5 hours total)
  • DANCERS MUST return all Mel.Media accessories to Torey (in model bin) before leaving) - Models will be charged a replacement fee, if items are taken.
  • TOTAL FLAT PAY RATE: (1:00-6PM)= $125.00

Setup Times:
6:30am- 9:00am= Move chairs
9:00am-10:30am= unload Uhaul & complete Mel.Media setup list given that day. (Sophia/Nani- start with inflatables THEN finish green grass wall in cabana with "Mel.Media" pink light)
10:30-11:30am= Complete busser duties & help Gila before going on break.
12:00pm= Eat lunch & then start break.
11:30-12:30pm= Rest in Hotel room.
12:30-1:00pm- EAT LUNCH & LISTEN TO MEETING.
(1st shift= 6 hours)
1:30pm-6:00pm= Bussing
6:00pm-9:00= Break down & add chairs back to correct locations.
(2nd shift= 7 hours)
Total hours=13 hours
  • FULL DAY-SETUP MEMBER (13 HOURS|6:30am)= $200.00 + Tip Money= $250.00
  • 1/2 DAY- SETUP MEMBER(9 HOURS|9:00am)= $150.00 +Tip Money= $200.00
  • BUSSER ONLY(1:00pm)= $100.00 + Tip Money= $150.00

Media: (Note Mel.Media tanks/tops are to be worn)

  • TOTAL PAYMENT:
  • Diego= $300.00 Flate rate (1/2 PAID SAME DAY / 1/2 PAID AFTER PROJECT IS COMPLETED)  
  • Videographer will receive $150 for same day labor & $150 after video is completed in 2 weeks. **Please remind Diego it's -$5.00 for each day the video is late.
  • Tuna= $100/hr +$20.00 Gas Money + 1 Free GA Guest pass.
  •  Photographer will get check same day. 1/2 PAYMENT -LABOR & 1/2 PAYMENT -When photos are completed.
